When does franchise support begin?

Once you become a franchisee, our support begins-- even prior to training! We will assist you with choosing office space and obtaining state licensures as well as prepare you for training.

What type of training will I receive?

You will participate in a week-long comprehensive training course at our corporate headquarters in Oklahoma City. You will learn about goal setting, office set up procedures, grand opening planning and marketing, staff and caregiver recruitment and much more! However, your training does not stop there. On-going training and webinars will keep you up to date in the future.

Will you visit my location?

Of course. Prior to opening, our grand opening team will visit you and go over our grand opening checklist and make sure your systems are running smoothly. We will make sure you build a strong foundation for your business.

What services are included in franchise support?

Christian Companion Senior Care franchise support includes answers to your operational questions as well as proprietary systems support. Your support is provided in a variety of formats such as phone calls and e-mail. You will have 24/7 access to a franchisee chat via the Christian Companion Senior Care Intranet and continuous  interaction with other franchisees across the nation. Also, your business will be provided a developed web presence, marketing tools, media relations, advertising and public relations expertise.

What software and systems will help manage my business?

Christian Companion Senior Care utilizes proprietary scheduling, financial control and marketing software. We also provide administrative and operational forms. As a franchisee, you will be able to seamlessly run the daily activities of your business with ease.

How long will I receive franchise support?

We offer on-going support through the length of your franchise agreement.
